I'm a graduate of Technical Communication from the University of Washington and make a living as a Technical Writer for software development in Seattle.

My interests in technical writing stem from my advocacy for technology users. I take pride in working closely with the development of computer software and designing support information to make the technologies easy to use.

As technologies become increasingly complex, the industry requires creative professionals who can effectively and efficiently communicate technical information in a variety of ways. It's often the case that the creators of a technology do not fully understand their users, and end up designing technologies for themselves. These products become non-intuitive and difficult to use by real users. It is my desire to bridge this gap between the creators and the users, and create user-centered products and information.
